Danfoss’ electronic technology improves safety and efficiency
Traditional methods of heat-treating metals are being replaced by high frequency inductive heating devices for annealing, brazing, welding, fitting, soldering, and tempering. The method can also be used for shrink packaging and for heating ABS, PVC and other industrial applications.
Inductive heating has a range of advantages – it’s smaller in size, quicker, more energy efficient and safer for operators. But this new machinery still needs to be cooled and Danfoss in Taiwan is committed to the growing market for solenoid valves, pressure switches and temperature transmitters.
Danfoss offers electromagnetic valves to control cooling water for inductive heating devices and on/off pressure switches used for regulating pumps for incoming water. Customers have shown a great deal of interest in the compact servo-operated EV220A solenoid valve, especially designed for use in machines and equipment with limited space, and the KPI 36 pressure switch, which has proved its worth in district heating and boiler applications.
Danfoss’ solid reputation in the water treatment industry in particular and industrial automation in general means we are a reliable and knowledgeable partner.
