The VLT AutomationDrive monitors, analyzes and controls production to ensure continuous, smooth operation. The user can program it to adapt to complex operations at various points in the line using the built-in Smart Logic Controller for essential control functions or an optional MCO Programmable Logic Controller for advanced operations. Combining the two solutions allows the user to replace external PLC equipment in most situations, lowering costs and making installation easier. The controller is simple to configure and enables the drive, motor and application to work together through a preprogrammed chain of events, or by monitoring peripheral devices such as load sensors, photoelectric sensors, dancers, encoders, or other common feedback devices.
