New Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers - Tailored for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems

Especially designed for all types of commercial and industrial refrigeration, cooling and air conditioning applications, our brand-new product range of brazed plate heat exchangers offers you a whole new level of performance and cost-effectiveness.

In September 2006 Danfoss acquired Qinbao, a company based in China producing brazed plate heat exchangers. The company was founded in 1968 and is located in Hangzhou, where about 80 employees develop, produce and market brazed plate heat exchangers (bHe), a key component designed for all types of refrigeration, process cooling, air conditioning and heating applications.

By removing heat and transferring it from one medium to another, brazed plate heat exchangers are a cost-saving alternative to conventional water cooled condensers and evaporators. They are suitable for a wide range of refrigerants including CO2 (subricital application) and ammonia, and they allow a reduced refrigerant volume in the system.

Benefits include less space and weight, a wide range of sizes and capacities, large heat transfer surface, great versatility and suitability for high-viscosity fluids.
