Danfoss ICF
The ICF is a jobsite-ready valve train that allows industrial refrigeration installers to complete their projects faster with less labor and reduce leak potential. With traditional valve trains, contractors need to order various components, unpack, assemble the valve train and then ship it to the job. The ICF is less than a foot long, a single one-piece body provides ports for up to six function device modules that are configured specifically to the customer's application. Once specified by the customer, the valve station is delivered from Danfoss ready to be installed with just two welds.
The new Danfoss design is based on a multi-ported body less than a foot long that will accept a combination of function modules chosen specifically for the customers' applications. The modular function inserts that can be mounted on an ICF body include stop valves, strainers, solenoid valves, check valves, combination stop/check valves, and motorized or hand expansion valves.
