Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RA) consists of four product business units and four sales business units. The four business units Automatic Controls, Compressors, Commercial Compressors and Electronic Controls & Sensors are responsible for product development, manufacturing and key customers within their product area. The product range is manufactured at 36 factories in 14 countries.
On the global market RA is organized in four sales organizations: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Marketing & Sales and Industrial Automation Marketing & Sales are our global marketing and sales organisations aimed at refrigeration and air conditioning customers and our industry customers respectively. Air Conditioning Key Account Management focuses on our key accounts within Air Conditioning. Food Retail focuses on our key customers within supermarkets OEMs and end users of the Food Retail industry.
The sales organizations are responsible for marketing, sales and customer service.
