Manufacturing customised hydraulic units means listening carefully to customer requirements. Customers want a unit that fits their installation space and process. It must offer additional monitoring, include heating or cooling elements – and it has to be aesthetic and user friendly. So what Danfoss products do CYMAX’s customised hydraulic systems use? Quite a few. The AVTA, a thermostatic valve with a temperature sensitive sensor, regulates the units’ cooling systems. The EV220B solenoid valve helps switch off the cooling system when the operating process is complete. And there are two MBS 3050 pressure transmitters: one regulating a frequency converter which drives a hydraulic pump; and the other monitoring the system.
CYMAX was pleased with the excellent performance of the sensors and regulating valves, and recently expanded their Danfoss portfolio to include the B3-052 heat exchanger, which discharges heat from the hydraulic system.
