Overwhelming Interest
Danfoss Solar Inverters was welcomed by an overwhelming interest from the market.
Managing Director Henrik Raunkjær says:
“Our introduction in Milan has been a great experience; the market has shown big interest in our inverter solutions for the solar energy market”.
Henrik Raunkjær believes the success is a result of several factors:
“We offer a comprehensive range of inverters for both residential and commercial application, and the new 3-phase TripleLynx inverter in the 10-15 kW range is no doubt the benchmark inverter in the market. Moreover the Danfoss experience in power electronics technology including an annual production of more than 600,000 converters is of great importance for the customers”
Solar energy experience since 2002
The company has been in the market since 2002 under the name of PowerLynx. Before being acquired by Danfoss in spring this year, PowerLynx has solely been a private label manufacturer of solar inverters. The company has succeeded in building a strong position in the market by offering a unique product and support concept.
With the introduction of Danfoss Solar Inverters, Danfoss will follow a dual market strategy. Alongside maintaining and further strengthening the private label business with a new three-level Private Label Package, Danfoss introduces a complete Danfoss branded inverter range.
