United Solar Ovonic has approved the TripleLynx transformerless inverter range for use with its UNI-SOLAR thin film modules.
All thin film modules from UNI-SOLAR – including OEM products – can be combined with TripleLynx inverters from Danfoss Solar Inverters. No further approvals are needed.
Usually, transformerless inverters are not used for thin film modules as they cannot be grounded. However, some module manufacturers have developed modules that can be used with a tranformerless inverter and thus utilise the high efficiency. TripleLynx has been designed with features that make it particularly suitable for use with these modules.
