Also they allow easy programming and communication with the ModBus network”.
Other innovations by Tavares include the general control panel of the continuous cooker line, which views and monitors all operations of drives in a 32” plasma screen, controlled by two 2” touch screen keys and only 2 buttons.
Danfoss Maneurop in panel cooling
In the electric panel, Danfoss Maneurop compressors are used for smart cooling system. The system, which varies its power as required, saves energy and has other advantages.
“It is a highly automated line - the motors are controlled by 16 VLT 2800 converters, connected to the ModBus network, and there is no manual contact with the product being manufactured”, says Morrone.
