The stand was made from steel structure and solid timberwork to indicate the superior quality of Danfoss products. At the top, the wavelike structure with its clear blue lights, became a main feature of the entire booth and helped to underline Danfoss’ positive and progressive spirit.
In the morning on April 9, Danfoss hosted a Press Conference & PGP 2008 Award Ceremony at the Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel. The focus of the conference was the announcement of Danfoss’ new product launches and also the management change, put in place to maintain the strategy in China. As already mentioned, Danfoss also hosted the Post Graduate Program (PGP) Award Ceremony to announce the prize winners. Winners and honorary professors from 15 Chinese universities presented and accepted the awards.
In the evening of April 9, Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning hosted a customer banquet also at the Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel. Through this informal get-together, Danfoss strengthened the communication with customers and established sound conditions for further cooperation.
During the CHINA REFRIGERATION 2008 exhibition, Danfoss organized and hosted five technical seminars on “AKD Applications in the Food Retail Industry”, “Danfoss New Generation of Refrigeration Scroll Compressors”, “Danfoss Revolutionary Solution on Building Energy Saving - Centrifugal Compressor Embed with Magnetic Levitation & Variable Speed Technology”, “Hydraulic Balancing and Comfortable Control of Central Air-conditioning System & Thermal Balancing, Disbacteria, Record Management System of Hot Water System” and “Danfoss Solutions on Refrigeration System - Medium and Light Commercial Refrigeration Equipment”. The speakers were all leading experts in their field. Many visitors joined in the lectures and showed a keen interest in the topics.
As one of the major exhibitors at CHINA REFRIGERATION 2008, Danfoss displayed many products from both the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning as well as the Heating product range. With a focus on the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Danfoss displayed a variety of products from the extensive range such as Refrigeration & Air Conditioning controls, household compressors, commercial compressors, industrial refrigeration controls, the new AKD102 for the food retail industry, ABQM, ASV, MTCV and CCR2 as well as the brazed plate heat exchangers range, manufactured in China at Danfoss’ facilities in Hangzhou. This product is set to change the landscape of HVAC&R industry.
