Hans Kirk, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer, will resign from Danfoss’ Executive Committee, with effect from December 31, 2007, in preparation for his retirement from Danfoss. As a result, the Danfoss Group’s top-level management will reorganise on January 1, 2008, as follows:
Kim Fausing will become Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Consequently, he will join the Danfoss Executive Committee and, over a three-month transition period, he will assume responsibility for the company’s three product divisions: Danfoss Heating Division, Danfoss Motion Controls Division and Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division. Kim Fausing was previously the President of Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division.
Kjeld Stærk will become President of Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division. He was previously the President of Danfoss Services Division.
Ole M. Daugbjerg will become Chief Reputation Officer. He was previously the Chief of Staff.
Roland Fritsch will become Senior Vice President of the Danfoss Services Division. He was previously the Senior Vice President of Danfoss Global Business Services.

Hans Kirk will remain a member of the Sauer-Danfoss board, the Chairman of the Danfoss Bionics A/S board and the vice chairman of the Bitten and Mads Clausen Foundation. He will also continue to be in charge of Danfoss Ventures in a transition period until the Danfoss A/S Annual General Meeting 2008.
