Safe, flexible, and cost-effective – the CF2 shows why the future of floor heating control is wireless
Controlling floor heating is now safe, easy and cost-effective with the Danfoss’ wireless CF2. Available in four models with a range of functions, it’s easy to find a system to meet all needs. The CF2 can be easily positioned or relocated and the user-friendly remote control allows easy access to all system functions.
And it’s safe to use. A health impact assessment carried out by the Institute for Social-Ecological Research (ISOE) in Germany, found that the CF2’s emission fields are much weaker than those emitted by other wireless devices, such as baby monitors, WLAN and Bluetooth. In addition, there was no scientific evidence to suggest adverse health impacts from using the CF2 system, which transmits on its own frequency to avoid interference with other wireless devices such as wireless PCs.
The CF2 is also TÜV accredited and complies with EU health guidelines.
Compared with hardwire heating systems, the CF2 is cost-effective to install. The Fachhochschule Münster University of Applied Sciences, Germany, compared the cost of installing the CF2 with a hardwire system in a new building or a renovation. Test results proved that the CF2 is 18 percent cheaper to install when renovating or retrofitting a system. Overall, results showed that the CF2 offers more extensive functionality than hardwire heating systems and requires no electrical installations, which makes it the best value for money.
These positive results, combined with the CF2’s timeless design and wireless functionality, make it the perfect choice for customised floor heating.
