Mounting possible without using the present mounting "ears" on top and bottom.
The new system saves height and often also a mounting plate, which today is provided by the customer. These new versions are available with service switch, display connector and – a special one with a 6 way M12 sensor/actuator plug.
Low cost I/O connection
The new 6 way M12 sensor/actuator plug can be used as low cost I/O connections, making remote I/O’s omissible. The M12 sensors are connected to the FCD’s digital inputs and their status can be read via fieldbus. This new installation box is also equipped with an extra relay output, frequently required, for example to control solenoid valves for belt lubrication on bottle conveyors
