With the new stand concept, Danfoss presents news from several product areas, merged under Danfoss Power Electronics last year.
The new grouping comprises development, manufacturing and sales of environmentally friendly power electronics.
Optimum energy efficiency
The highlights come from Danfoss Solar Inverters with inverters for private and commercially operated solar installations and VLT® drive technology with its energy-efficient drive solutions.
Both product groups are characterized by high efficiency and optimum energy efficiency, and ease of use.
High power densities
The specialists at Danfoss Customised Drives show their high competence in the development of customer specific solutions, and particularly efficient designs for specific applications with high power densities.
Green production
Danfoss uses a great effort to produce all its products with the least possible impact on the environment.
In addition, all new, as well as proven, solutions, are used for reducing energy consumption while offering more comfort for the user.
Reduced energy consumption
Overall, the exhibited products contribute significantly to reduced energy consumption. For example, the annual production of VLT® drives saves as much energy as a large power plant produces annually.
Likewise, this significantly reduces the emissions of the greenhouse gas, carbon dioxide.
The entire Danfoss Group has been involved with improved environment and climate protection since 2007.
The sponsorship of the COP15 Climate Conference in Copenhagen, and the commitment to the economic conference at COP16 in Cancun, Mexico, last year, fall inside the framework of this commitment.
