”In recent years, the Bitten and Mads Clausen Foundation has increased its activity level considerably through the setting-up of Danfoss Universe and involvement in a range of regional development projects, among other things. Generally, the Foundation has extended its involvement in activities which do not directly relate to the Danfoss Group. We therefore believe this is the right time for us to appoint a President who will handle the interests of the Foundation,” says Peter J.M. Clausen, the Chairman of the Foundation.
With the appointment of Per Have, who has held a number of management positions in the Danfoss Group over many years, the Bitten and Mads Clausen Foundation remains in the ”family”.
Per Have, who holds a Master of Science in accounting and auditing from the Copenhagen Business School, was previously the Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Control in Danfoss. He comes from a position as Senior Vice President in the Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division.
Per Have will take up his new position as President of the Bitten and Mads Clausen Foundation on April 1, 2007.
