First, Danfoss was awarded the prize for the best annual report from an unlisted company, institution or organisation. The prize was presented to CFO Frederik Lotz and Chief of Staff Ole Daugbjerg.
However, it did not end there. As the first, unlisted company ever to have received such a prize, Danfoss was then awarded the most prestigious honour of all: the Annual Report Prize 2007, which was awarded for the Danfoss Annual Report 2006. The prize was handed over to former Danfoss CFO Ole Steen Andersen and Chief of Staff
Ole Daugbjerg.
In his thank-you speech, Ole Daugbjerg said, among other things, that it had been Ole Steen Andersen’s very personal wish that the Annual Report 2006, which had been the last annual report he had overseen, was of a high quality. Ole Daugbjerg said that this wish had been largely fulfilled by this year’s prize for the best of its kind. He also took the opportunity to thank the many employees in the finance and communications departments who, every year, spend a couple of months creating the Annual Report.
