The cooperation agreement implies, among other things, that Danfoss will act as the Official Sponsor of Team Denmark at the ice hockey World Championship. Until further notice, the cooperation will run until the end of 2008.
Ole Daugbjerg, Senior Vice President Corporate Communications, is looking forward to the cooperation with the Danish ice hockey team:

The President of Denmark’s Ice Hockey Association, Enver Hansen, comments on the cooperation with Danfoss:
“Cooperating with such an important and successful Danish company as Danfoss is an important a seal of approval of our national team. We intend to work hard to pay back the trust placed in us.”
The cooperation between Danfoss and DIU was set up via Team Danmark Sportmarketing.
