IP20 enclosure for panel building
The VLT® drives in the power range up to 75 kW (high overload) / 90 kW (normal overload) are available with a IP20 enclosure; the optimum solution for panel building.
Less space - saving expenses
The IP20 enclosure for the VLT drives is developed for panel building. The dimensions of the drives and the footprint (the space the drive occupies on the backpanel) are up to 60% less compared to the old VLT drives.
Nevertheless the IP20 VLT drives are very complete drives with build-in RFI-filters, DC-coils and the necessary functions and options. The high efficiency of the drives (>98%) reduces the heat losses, This, together with the unique back-channel cooling of the drives, reduces the extra ventilation requirements in the panels to a minimum.
Like all the other VLT drives, the IP20 versions are very easy to install and configure. Their very powerful and often patented features and functions make VLT the right drive for every application.
