  • You have recently, or soon will complete your Master’s degree and live for applying your theoretical knowledge in practice.
  • You can prove that your skills and competences can create value for Danfoss, and you are able to work at all levels in the organisation.
  • You have the right skills to explore and expand practical and theoretical ideas and can go beyond your own boundaries, if necessary.
  • You appreciate a constant learning process, where your personal and professional skills co-develop to increase your potential.
  • You are prepared to react effectively to changes on all levels in your professional life - organisationally, geographically, and socially.
