Professional qualifications:
- You have just achieved an excellent result within engineering, a master’s degree in economics or a similar high-level academic qualification.
- Your professional skills should co-exist with the personal qualifications listed below, since Danfoss represents many different cultures due to its size and global presence.
Personal qualifications:
- You appreciate a constant learning process, where your personal and professional skills co-develop to increase your potential.
- You are prepared to react effectively to changes on all levels in your professional life - organisationally, geographically, and socially.
- You are an open minded person, who likes to create and use networks and who possesses excellent skills suited for an intercultural and international setting.
- You need cooperative skills to succeed in the PGP and in future work situations for Danfoss
- You are ready to build up a holistic view of Danfoss.
It is a prerequisite for a PGP participant that you understand the work conditions of a global organisation. You must therefore be capable of working in local cultures and respect local practices both in relation to colleagues, customers, and local communities.
