Facts about the Danfoss Post-graduate Programme

Facts about the Danfoss Post-graduate Programme

2-year programme

  • 4-6 different projects, each of 4-6 months duration
  • The first project will be ready and waiting for you from day one. You will not have direct influence on choosing this project, but it will relate to your educational background.
  • After completing the first project, you will have great influence on deciding what the second project should deal with. There are plenty of options and you are not restricted to stay within your educational ‘frame’ – you may challenge yourself in areas you do not master.
  • At least one of the projects is expected to be completed outside your home country.
Personal coach through the entire programme

  • When you start the programme you are assigned a coach who functions as a supportive element during the programme. Your coach will give you feedback and practical advice about your process in the programme.
Guidance and coaching during each project

  • Your employer for the individual projects is your project giver. In all projects, the project giver will provide coaching and guidance on a daily basis.
  • Your coach gives overall guidance whereas the project giver provides specific guidance to the project in progress.
Cultural and personal awareness
  • Danfoss is present worldwide, which creates great opportunities for cross-cultural work and personal experiences.

Further training

  • Education and training are important concepts to ensure future development. During the programme we offer you courses of interest and relevance to maximize and support your performance.

Salary

  • The salary is a competitive job salary aligned with the local salary level.
