Una volta avviato, il LynxPlanner aggiorna il database locale sul PC usando le informazioni archiviate in un database del modulo su un server remoto gestito dalla società Dr. Valentin EnergieSoftware GmbH.
Per essere inclusi nel database e potervi accedere, è necessario contattare la Dr.Valentin EnergieSoftware GmbH e richiedere un ID utente e una password:
