The combination rooftop-façade solar energy production atop the Ekologihuset proudly constructed upon the complex at University of Lund stands as one of the largest photovoltaic installations in the Scandinavian region.

The sprawling display of custom-fit modules and Danfoss Unilynx inverters spans approximately 767 m2, producing an estimated 70 000 kWh per year.

University students and faculty often enjoy the added benefit of shading during the warmer days of summer as the panels provide semi-transparent shading areas.
