CLX GM
The CLX GM controls 1-100 TLX Pro or TLX Pro+ inverters.
Fully compliant grid connectivity.
Safe, smart and simple to install
EEG 2012 compliance on new and retrofit systems, made easier with CLX GM
When managing a grid dynamically, the CLX GM and the master functionality of the TLX Pro and TLX Pro+ inverters make it smart and easy to meet the demands of EEG 2012, the German renewable energy law.
To help the grid handle more renewable energy, it is required that all PV systems must partake in Power Management. In Germany the renewable energy law EEG 2012 makes it compulsory for both new and older systems to comply. Depending on system size and date of installation, different regulations/ requirements apply. The CLX GM grid management solution makes it easy to follow the law - no matter what size your PV system.
Easy
The CLX GM is simply installed by connecting it to the receiver supplied by the utility company, and the inverter network. It requires no additional confi guration. The CLX GM support receivers which have up to 4 digital outputs used by the grid operators for signaling either power reduction or reactive power setpoint commands.
Smart
The CLX GM reads the digital output from the receiver, and broadcasts a message to the master inverter via its Ethernet connection to the inverter network. In this way every confi guration of how to react upon a certain relay status is performed directly in the master inverter itself. The master inverter then informs every follower in its network accordingly.
Safe
You can rely on the CLX GM to trace every command sent by the utility company. Every power reduction, and in the case of the TLX Pro+, every reactive power set-point notifi cation, sent from the CLX GM to a TLX Pro or TLX Pro+ master inverter, is logged in the change log of the master inverter. Each follower inverter in the network also logs a receipt of the message it receives for maximum data transparency.
Compliant
The CLX GM is designed to comply with the EEG 2012, the German Renewable Energy Sources Act. It takes into consideration all requirements of the new German low voltage, and the medium voltage grid connection application rules.
