Eliminator Distributors 3863

The patented 3863 Series Danfoss Eliminator-Distributor is constructed of machined extruded brass bodies with brazed copper distributor tubes.
By using our unique Teflon® (or Special Neoprene Compound) piston seal, we obtain extremely repeatable and predictable expansion and distribution from cycle to cycle.

Danfoss Chatleff's 3863 Eliminator-Distributor-with its special Omni-Direct sweat assembly junction-combines a check valve, expansion device and a distributor capable of being brazed directly without the need for extra flare connections.

Features

  • Piston may be replaced to adjust flow rate and pressure drop.
  • Solid brass piston with Teflon® seal.
  • Custom designed and engineered to work with any size system.
  • Copper distributor tubing, two to twelve tubes.
  • .125" diameter: 2- 12 tubes
  • .144" diameter: 2 - 10 tubes
  • .188" diameter: 2 - 6 tubes
  • Standard lengths: 12", 16", 20", 24" and 28"
  • Patent Nos. 5,131,695 & 341,409.
  • U.L. listed. File No. SA 3449.

Advanced Features

  • OMNI-DIRECT Closure
    • Omni-rotational junction is brazed directly to refrigerant line - there's no need for flare fitting.
    • Fewer mechanical joints.
    • Reusable Teflon® seal
  • Added precision for improved distribution.
  • Lower unit mass reduces tube fatigue from vibration.
  • Allows more accurate metering due to the lower seating differential.
