New Service Kits for the TEA Product Family

We are now ready to introduce the Inspection Kit and Repair Kits for the TEA product family covering TEA, TEAT, TEVA, TEAQ 20 and 85. These kits will make it easier for you to order and handle spare parts for the valves.

The products are ready for ordering from the 15th of March 2012.
The new spare part kits are divided into Inspection kit and Repair kits. The kits contain the following:

One Inspection kit will be used for all TEA valve types and valve sizes and contains all sealing parts i.e. o-ring(s), alu ring(s).

Repair kits are available in two versions:
• Repair kit for orifice, contains the inspection kit plus one orifice.
• Repair kit for element, contains the inspection kit plus one element.

Overhaul kit will not be available as this will be more expensive than a new valve.

Ordering and Handling Made Easier
By creating these spare parts kits we have simplified the ordering process for you and ensure that you have the necessary parts for a given task.

In regards to the inspection kit you do not need to know the size or the type of the valve as the inspection kit covers all types and sizes of the TEA family. As the repair kits include all sealing parts you only have to order one code number to do your repairs.

The packing of spare parts in kits also makes it easy to handle and bring to the jobsite where they are needed.

All in all the spare part kits give a reduction in complexity leading to time saving and risk reduction for the contractor and service companies.

Code Numbers
The old code numbers for seal kits (068G0051, 068G0052, 068G0053 and 068G0054) will become obsolete and be replaced by code number 068G0064. The other code numbers are the same – just with the new kit content. Please see below overview of code numbers.
