Final takeover of Danfoss Household Compressors

Munich-based industrial holding company AURELIUS AG has acquired Danfoss Household, Light Commercial and Direct Current Compressors from the Danfoss Group, Denmark. The agreement to take over the Danfoss Household Compressors business was signed in July 2010 and the deal has now been closed. The company will conduct its business under the new name of Secop from 29th of November.
