Jungle theme at the Danfoss stand at the Hanover fair

Danfoss shows off its green credentials

15 March 2007
Monday 16 April marks the opening of the Hannover Messe, one of the world’s largest displays of industrial technology and know-how. Danfoss will be at the centre of the event with our fun, jungle-themed stand, and we invite you to come and meet us.

Helping create a more sustainable future

Environmental responsibility is one of Danfoss’ Core Values, underpinning all of our actions. Our products help reduce the energy consumption of thousands of applications around the world, including Compressed Air and High Vacuum applications. And Danfoss products are manufactured in accordance with strict industry standards, minimising the use of energy and raw materials and the production of waste.

Illustrating our commitment to the environment, our Hannover Messe stand will present our hi-tech products and solutions in quite an unusual setting – a rainforest. We think the rainforest is a fitting symbol of our efforts towards a more sustainable future. We call it: Making Modern Living Possible.
The mouse maki - Microcebus Danfossi - is named after Danfoss
Specifically, Danfoss plays a key role in supporting ongoing research projects to protect the world’s smallest primate – the mouse lemur. Rainforests in Madagascar are home to the “microcebus danfossi”, a recently discovered species of mouse lemur with a remarkable ability to preserve energy. Named after Danfoss, the mouse lemur will feature as part of the fun at our stand.

We look forward to seeing you at our stand D68 in Hall 9 at the Hannover Messe – and making your expedition truly worthwhile.
