Increased productivity and reduced production costs
Changing saw blades is time consuming and causes loss of production capacity. With a high-pressure water lubrication system the “down time” of a saw line is reduced by 80%, as problems with too hot saw blades and resin sticking to the blade are eliminated thus increasing the service life of the saw blades.

Further, maintenance of the blades in terms of cleaning is eliminated, so is the use of chemicals for that task.

Higher cut quality of the sawn lumber
A clean saw blade also prevents wobbling of the saw blade and thus a clean cut of the lumber is ensured.

Better working environment
The amount of saw dust in the machine as well as in the production area is reduced considerably.

Easy installation in new or existing machines
The Nessie Wood Concept unit is a turnkey system reducing installation time (and thereby costs) at the sawmill.

Break-even in few months
Experience has shown cost savings and production increases worth 0.2-0.25 euro per m3 sawn soft wood. Break-even for an installed system will be approx. 27000 m3 sawn soft wood.
