A high-pressure pump boosts water to a pressure typically between 70-100 bar. Specially designed nozzles atomize the water in billions of extremely small droplets. The water mist jets are injected into the duct system of an air-handling unit and thereby increasing the humidity and cooling in the application. The pump is water lubricated, which means it is oil-free – a feature invaluable in an environment that has to be clean at all times. Furthermore, no oil change is needed and maintenance is kept on an absolute minimum. The pump unit is integrated with the newest generation of our own frequency converter from Danfoss Drives. It is a solution that has given us a cost friendly, reliable product, which can match almost any size of humidification and adiabatic cooling application. The drive makes sure that the energy consumption of our product is specifically adjusted to each individual application – only using exactly what is needed. Through a pulse technology the drive ensures that the amount of water injected into the system can be accurately adjusted to a number of levels according to time of year, temperature and customer needs.
