The mechanical condition of your machinery deteriorates over time. Regular adjustments and fine-tuning prevent time-consuming failure messages and costly production stops. Thus, we help you to increase productivity, save energy and prolongs lifetime.
We ensure optimum initial settings and we save all parameters for future service checks. The sequence of our service is optional, you can request from one to four service checks a year.
We help you to help yourself. Danfoss arranges customised service courses that enable your maintenance staff to troubleshoot applications that use Danfoss frequency converters. Your staff will be able to respond fast and efficiently, which will turn macro stops into micro stops saving expensive production losses.
Preventive maintenance brings you peace of mind knowing your drives have been properly inspected and maintained. The intention and advantages of the Preventive Maintenance programme:
• To keep processes running by avoiding unplanned macro stops
• Constantly running production creases output quality and reduces production scrap
• Some production loss insurances require preventive maintenance agreements to reduce the production loss risk
Service programmes comprise 1-4 service checks a year.
The DrivePro™ Harmonic Survey covers installation of relevant instruments as well analysis and consultancy that suggests actions to be taken. DrivePro™ Harmonic Survey keeps customers informed about line disturbance and alerts at critical events.
With the SmartStep service programme, VLT® products are replaced before they break down. Drives covered by the programme are replaced with new drives according to a long term investment plan. SmartStep is not a separate programme, but an optional service under the DrivePro™ Preventive Maintenance Programme.
Danfoss provides controlled environmental disposal of redundant drives in line with local requirements.
Fix Price Programme
Danfoss repairs broken drives at a fixed price. Material, labour and transportation to a Danfoss facility are included. Service at site is optional.
Stock Maintenance and Consignment Stock
DrivePro™ Stock Maintenance & Consignment Stock offers two optional variants of stock properties that will keep required spares immediately available when needed – but without any unnecessary costs of stock piling.
Post Warranty Agreement
After 12 months of factory warranty, you can extend your warranty up to 5 years. A post warranty agreement can be established immediately after the factory warranty has expired – or later.
