Once user management rights have been assigned you will be provided with access details to the User Management application, as well as an introduction to its functionality and use.
In principle – but subject to local variations – the VLT Shop supports the following user types:
- B2B – view only for Business-to-Business customers This user type supports passive use of the system. The users can view any orders already placed, track and trace deliveries, view invoices, configure products etc.
- B2B – full authorisation for Business-to-Business customers
This access level is intended for active system users, with permission to conduct and change transactions of behalf of the associated customer
- BoB – full authorisation for users Buying-on-Behalf of 3rd parties
Partner companies may be entitled to conduct business on behalf of – and invoiced to – 3rd parties. The rights assignment includes a listing of specific Danfoss customers for which these rights apply.
