Proven VLT® quality in Kuala Lumpur Mall project

Danfoss Drives provide drives for office towers 2 and 3 of The Garden Mid Valley project in Kuala Lumpur.The shopping mall project valued at USD 180,000 with 140 x VLT® 6000 IP54 drives were delivered with support of the owner and consultant.

VLT® HVAC drives will keep Hyderabad International Airport cool

Danfoss India is going to furnish the prestigious Hyderabad International Airport Limited with VLT® HVAC drives for air handling applications. 148 pcs. VLT® drives rating from 2.2 to 37 kW will be installed in the passenger terminal block.

The secondary chilled water system and pressure booster water supply system for this project are also being supplied with Danfoss drives.

VLT® drives pay back in 9 months on boiler fans

Following the installation of a VLT® drive on an 11 kW boiler forced draft fan, Dairy Crest has achieved energy savings of over 47,000 kWh per annum,  reduced associated carbon emissions by 5.52 tonnes per year and achieved a payback on the investment in only nine months.

Moser Baer is OEM supplier to all the 12 leading storage media brands in the world. Danfoss presented AHF Solution to the customer and had marathon discussions to convince them to go ahead with a trial on 4Nos.

Moser Baer observed the performance of VLTs & AHFs. Convinced with the much superior harmonic performance of VLTs & AHFs and significant average energy saving of over 30% on each AHU, Moser Baer placed another order on Danfoss for supply of 40 VLTs, AHFs and Flow Sensors.

VLT® control keeps SS Great Britain shipshape and Bristol fashion

A major aspect of that work is to stabilise the wrought iron hull and protect it from the ravages of further corrosion. The most innovative part of that work consists of constructing a sealed glass plate around the waterline of the ship to form a giant airtight chamber surrounding the ship’s lower hull.

Beneath the water surface - separated by a glass plate - moisture is removed from using a specially designed air-handling unit operated 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by VLT® 6000

Danfoss keeps things tuned up at the Kennedy Center

Danfoss VLT® Series drives were applied in the new variable volume air handling solutions, to replace the old constant volume motor starters for America’s living memorial to President Kennedy at The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

Danfoss offered a narrow vertical configuration for drive installations. Danfoss was also able to adhere to a strict delivery time requirement, which became another key factor in winning the order.
