Synchronism between the cutter and the wrapper/transfer plate is critical in a choc-ice production line. Initially it was achieved by optical system and PLC. But mist formation reduced the reliability of the system.
By the SyncPos feature, the optical system and the PLC could be superseded. +/- position increment pushbuttons were added to enable fine tuning by the operators.
