High flexibility and low cost are two of the “cornerstones” for CANopen. The CANopen option for the Auto mationDrive is fully equipped with both high priority access to control and status of the Drive (PDO Communication) and access to all Parameters through acyclic data (SDO Communication).
For interoperability the option has implemented the DSP402 AC drive Profile. This all guarantees standardised handling, interoperability and low cost.
