Low-energy vacuum valves in high-tech company

31 August 2007
Semicon Europa 2007 is the biggest microelectronics and photovoltaic manufacturing event in Europe. Held in the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre in October, the event will attract every major company in the industry – including Danfoss. With its own stand, Danfoss will be demonstrating the benefits of its technologically advanced vacuum valves, giving customers the chance to see the products up close.

Valves for the vacuum industry in the limelight

From 9 to 11 October, Semicon Europa 2007 will be swarming with people, checking out the latest technology, tracking industry trends and meeting the faces behind the companies. At the show, Danfoss will exhibit its expanded range of manually, electromagnetically and pneumatically operated valves for the fast-growing vacuum industry. The market for vacuum valves is mainly being driven by consumer demand for smaller and more sophisticated electronics – and Danfoss valves are ideal.

Production of phones, computers and flat-screen TVs can benefit greatly from reducing power consumption. Danfoss’ compact and durable valves, boasting some of the lowest energy figures in the industry, provide just that. Ranges, such as the Air Admit/Venting Valve series and the High Vacuum Valve range, meet the tight specifications which are nowadays required for usage in manufacturing facilities for consumer electronics, while offering service free operation and high cycle rates.
With more than 70 years’ experience in developing valve technology, Danfoss is a perfect partner for the vacuum industry. Each valve has been developed using well-proven and reliable technology, and Danfoss valves prove themselves millions of times in daily use around the world.

All this will be on show in Stuttgart, Germany from 9-11 October. Come along, see the products and meet the Danfoss team. You will find us in Hall 1, Stand 236.
