Danfoss industrial refrigeration used the China Refrigeration Exhibition to display its new Flexline™ flexible platform including the ICF Control Solution, the ICV industrial control valve and the SVL series line components. The Flexline™ concept is based on the modular system that allows application-specific solutions to be tailored from just one body. The maximum pressure which the Flexline™ products can withstand is 52 bar. Furthermore, it is suitable for all flammable and non-flammable refrigerants (including CO2). It is a flexible application solution for the future!
The new liquid level sensor for Industrial Refrigeration, namely the AKS 4100U was also on display at the Danfoss booth, and won the “Innovation Award” for its advanced TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) guided radar technology. This competitive technology helps to give a more accurate liquid level reading and also resistance of oil interference. Furthermore, it is easy to both install and maintain.
Also on display at China Refrigeration 2012 was the Danfoss STC series stop valves, which adopt the teflon valve plate and O-ring sealing to realize higher safety levels. The extraordinary back seating function of the STC enables the replacement of the spindle seal, which can effectively reduce downtime.
Overall, the China Refrigeration Exhibition 2012 gave Danfoss plenty of opportunity to show off our many innovative solutions for industrial refrigeration. We will be back next year in Shanghai with more energy saving solutions for your refrigeration applications.
