Elected at the Annual General Meeting: Henrik E. Nyegaard (Chairman), Hans Michael Jebsen (Vice-Chairman), William B. Hoover, Peter M. Clausen, Sven Murmann and Jørgen Mads Clausen.

Employee-elected: Arno Knöpfli, Jens Peter Nielsen and Svend Aage Hansen.

Honorary member: Bitten Clausen.

The Board members are not required to be shareholders at Danfoss, and the age limit of elected members is 70 years.
