Board of Directors / Administration

The foundation board of directors has three members, each appointed for three-year periods. Present members of the board are:

Peter M. Clausen (chairman)
Hans Kirk
Palle Kruse

Secretarial and bookkeeping duties are performed by Mrs Birte Purup Poulsen and Mrs Tessa Moeller.

The board of directors meets five times a year to consider the applications received.
