Leisure and sports
Within leisure and sports, the Foundation supports a large variety of activities in local sports clubs and associations, scout groups, village halls, etc.
Five projects received donations in connection with the Foundation's 50th anniversary:
- The Friends of Sonderborg Riding Club, DKK 500,000 for new outdoor jumping and dressage arenas.
- Vidar Gymnastics and Martial Arts and others in Sonderborg, DKK 250,000 for a pit and trampolines.
- The Swimming Club Sonderborg, DKK 250,000 for aqua spinning bikes and timing equipment.
- The Viking Club Sonderborg, DKK 250,000 for a sauna.
- Kindergarten Association Bovrup and others, DKK 250,000 for an exercising path with fitness equipment.
