Abroad

In 2011, the Foundation donated DKK 0.8 million to projects in the vicinity of Danfoss companies outside Denmark.

Donations were mainly given to social, humanitarian and cultural projects. A number of relief aid organisations received donations of DKK 100,000-200,000 for relief work following natural disasters in Australia, Brazil and other countries.

Besides funding for specific projects abroad, the Foundation also donates substantial amounts each year to various humanitarian organisations' relief programmes around the world. In 2011, such donations amounted to DKK 177,500.
