The Apprentice Scholarship

The scholarship is awarded to a former Danfoss apprentice who has completed his/her apprenticeship with particular distinction. It is given in support of a higher education within science and technology and amounts to 25,000 DKK per year of study.
The recipient of this year's scholarship was Per Maersk Jorgensen. He was educated as an automation technician at Sauer-Danfoss and is now studying at the Engineering College of Aarhus to become an electronics engineer. The studies last three and a half years. Per received a scholarship of totally DKK 75,000.

The scholarship was handed over by Peter M. Clausen, Chairman of the Danfoss Foundation for Education.
