Audit
Audits safeguard the interests of shareholders and the public. At the ordinary Annual General Meeting, an independent auditor is appointed to carry out the audit tasks until the next Annual General Meeting. At the most recent Annual General Meeting in 2007, the auditing firm KPMG C. Jespersen was appointed as Group Auditor until the next ordinary Annual
General Meeting. In 2003, an agreement was entered into with KPMG C. Jespersen to carry out audit tasks for all of Danfoss’ subsidiaries worldwide, in addition to being the group’s corporate auditor.
