Niels B. Christiansen

Born: 12 April 1966

Niels B. Christiansen graduated with a master degree in Engineering in 1991 and holds an MBA from INSEAD 1993.
Niels B. Christiansen was employed as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co. 1991-95 and Vice President Corporate Development at Hilti Corp. 1995-97.

He joined GN Netcom in 1997 and was promoted to President & CEO in 2000. In 2003 he was appointed to Group Executive Vice President at GN Store Nord.

Niels B. Christiansen joined Danfoss A/S in 2004 as Executive Vice President, a member of the Executive Committee for Danfoss A/S and Chief Operating Officer, COO.

He became Vice CEO in 2006.
He became President & CEO in 2008.
