Kim Fausing joined Danfoss as President of Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division in 2007.
As of January 1st, 2008, he was appointed Executive Vice President & COO thus becoming responsible for Danfoss’ Divisions (Climate & Energy), as well as The Danfoss Business System and Global Procurement.
Mr. Fausing has been with Hilti Corporation since 1990 - 2006, a family-owned company which has its headquarters in Liechtenstein and employs more than 18,000 people worldwide with operations in more than 120 countries. Kim Fausing has held a range of executive positions at Hilti and was in 2003 appointed Executive Vice President and Member of the Executive Committee at the company's headquarters.
Kim Fausing holds an engineering degree and an MBA.
