Frederik Lotz graduated 1995 from the University of Copenhagen as MSc. Economics and joined the Central Finance Department of A.P. Møller the same year.
1998 Frederik Lotz was appointed Finance Manager of Mærsk China Shipping, East & Central China and in 1999 Finance Manager of Mærsk Logistics China.
In 2001 he became Finance Director of the ISS operations in Asia.
In 2002 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Ferrosan.
As of 1 May 2007 Frederik Lotz was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Danfoss A/S.
Frederik Lotz also holds a MSc. Politics from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble (1993) as well as a diploma from Programme for Executive Development (PED), a 10-week executive programme at IMD, Lausanne.
