Danfoss respects human rights; both at our subsidiary companies and in our spheres of interest. The most important tools are the training of managers and employees and Danfoss’ annual CSR survey, which in 2007 particularly focused on the risk of discrimination and the right to privacy.
Danfoss wants to eliminate discrimination in the workplace by making sure that everyone is treated equally in connection with recruitments, change of jobs, supplementary training, etc.
